At AC Air Sales Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival; or

  • The product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photos or additional information to assess the issue.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery (unless deemed faulty)

Return Process

To request a refund for a damaged or faulty item:

  1. Contact our team at sales@acairsales.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Provide photographs showing the damage or fault.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
